Charlie Alloway won in the “Top Retail Lease” category in Tampa Bay for bringing the 22,636-square-foot ALDI to Bartow, Fla.

Mike Doyle, CCIM and Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR received the “Top Industrial Lease” award in Southwest Florida for their 8,430-square-foot Opulent Lighting & Design lease at Southlinks in Bonita Springs, Fla.

Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR and Rokki Rogan, CDPE topped the “Office Lease” list in Southwest Florida for representing Morgan & Morgan on a 31,751-square-foot lease in Fort Myers, Fla.

Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR also won in the “Top Sale” arena for his $5,875,000 investment sale at Alico Center in Fort Myers, Fla.
