ORLANDO, Fla. (April 23, 2019) – LandQwest Commercial officially announces the formation of its Hospitality Division with Patrick Brazil joining the company’s Orlando office as Broker Associate and hospitality specialist.

The newly formed Hospitality Division, led by Robin Webb, CCIM, CPM, CHA, CHB, has skilled agents with years of experience in the field. The group will primarily help clients by providing strategic advice to guide their investments, navigate clients through the market and its trends, and provide guidance on acquisitions, dispositions and leasing at all levels of the lodging industry.

The groups newest member, Patrick brings years of experience in real estate to LandQwest, most recently as an Sales Associate with NAI Realvest, where he focused on hotel brokerage, marinas, investment and development both in Florida and internationally.
