JM Investments Orlando purchased a 2,208-square-foot retail building located at 4701 S. Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando, Fla., from FWK Realtors Inc. for $1,223,630. Eva Grace Royal and Julia Sosa of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller, and William Giberson of Lang Realty, Inc. represented the buyer.

LEASES

Event Biz leased 3,000 square feet of retail space in Oakley Plaza, located at 1200 Oakley Seaver Drive, Clermont, Fla., from Gill Properties. Galvin Oakes and Julia Sosa of LandQwest Commercial represented the landlord. Carlton Kemper of Kemper Real Estate Group represented the tenant.

Metro PCS renewed their 1,400 square-foot lease of retail space in Willowbrook Square, located at 12471 U.S. Highway 27, Lake Wales, Fla., from Gill Properties. Galvin Oakes of LandQwest Commercial represented the landlord.
