Aldi (Florida), LLC purchased 7.29-acres at 1481/1501 SW Pine Island Road in Cape Coral, Fla., from Windsor Title Group, LLC & Windsor FL Land, LLC for $1,800,000. Jessica McEvoy and John Mounce of LandQwest Commercial represented the buyer.

Anant Patel purchased 1.96-acres of hotel-zoned land at 24471 Sandhill Blvd. in Punta Gorda, Fla., from Sandhill Kings, LLC for $1,100,000. Bob Pekol of LandQwest Commercial represented both parties in the transaction.
