Americana Texas Investment purchased a 2,208-square-foot retail building at 5405 South Texas Ave. in Orlando, Fla., from FWK Realtors, Inc. for $1,250,000. Julia Sosa and Eva Royal of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller.
