BINYAN 2, LLC purchased the 12,422-square-foot office building at 25243 Elementary Way in Bonita Springs, Fla. from GLL Holdings, LLC for $1,300,000. Adam Palmer, CCIM and Artem Nashman, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller. Phil Fischler with Fischler & Co represented the buyer.
