SALES (Descending By Price)

ABC Liquors, Inc. purchased 1.4-acres at 16951 Pine Ridge Road, Fort Myers, Fla. from Summerlin Ridge, LLC for $1,350,000. John Mounce and Bob Pekol of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller. Mia Steirheim with Steirheim & Wesson Retail Realty, Inc. represented the buyer.

Ladd Eastman LLC purchased the 6,000-square-foot office building at 6204 Janes Lane, Naples, Fla. from LTFD LLC for $910,000. Eric Edwards of LandQwest Commercial represented the buyer. Matt Fredrickson with Trinity Commercial Group represented the seller.

American Pet Resort purchased 1.6-acres at 8725-8739 Commerce Drive in Bonita Springs, Fla. from Carol Lemura and Linda Chiwalki for $876,000. Adam Palmer, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller. Walt Nelson with Trinity Commercial Group represented the buyer.

Palmetto Capital Group, LLC purchased 1.9-acres at Charlotte Commons, located at 24040 Beatrix Blvd. in Port Charlotte, Fla. from Charlotte Commons Venture, LLC for $825,000. Brett Low of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller. Trinity Commercial Group represented the buyer.

The Vine Herbon leased 6,444 square feet of office space at 9250 College Parkway in Fort Myers, Fla. from Blauners – Houston, LP. Adam Palmer, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial brokered the entire transaction.

Boca Lupo leased 4,500 square feet of retail space at US 41 & West Villages Parkway, Venice, Fla. from US 41 Retail, LLC. Tom Strauss of LandQwest Commercial represented the tenant. The Sembler Company represented the landlord.

Southwest Florida Building Group leased 3,200 square feet of industrial space at 12752 Trade Way Drive in Bonita Springs, Fla. from Southlinks Associates LLC. Mike Doyle, CCIM and Adam Palmer, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial facilitated the entire transaction.

Rabery leased 3,000 square feet of retail space at 4635 Coronado Parkway in Cape Coral, Fla. from Peace and Tranquility. Bruce Micciche, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial represented the tenant.
