Estero Parkway Investment Partners LLC purchased 3.78-acres at 19990 S. Tamiami Trail, Estero, Fla. from Estero Grande, LLC for $2,500,000. Michael Price, ALC of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller. Walt Nelson of Trinity Commercial Group represented the buyer.

Mean Toucan, LLC purchased 49,250-square-foot industrial building at 504 Center Road, Fort Myers, Fla. from Arlene Povia Miley, James Povia, Christine Povia for $1,578,750. Mike Doyle, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller. Coni Dean of Venture Realty represented the buyer.

DAK Property Holdings Inc purchased a 13,154-square-foot office building at 2915 Colonial Blvd., Fork Myers, Fla. from Fifth Third Bank for $1,305,000.
