Friendly Village LLC purchased 48,000 square feet at The Alico Business Center located at 9961 Interstate Commerce Drive, Fort Myers, Fla. from PIP IV Alico LLC for $9,000,000. Eric Edwards of LandQwest Commercial represented the buyer. Bryan Flores with SVN/KOVA represented the Seller.

Lynx Zuckerman at Bonita Grande LLC purchased 67-acres at 27800 Bonita Grande Drive, Bonita Springs, Fla. from SFI Eagle Land LLC for $4,750,000. Michael Price, ALC of LandQwest Commercial brokered the entire transaction.

 Reno Properties Inc purchased 2,882 square feet at 1750 J and C Blvd, Unit 6 and Unit 7, Naples, Fla. from James and Terri Thompson for $450,000. Eric Edwards of LandQwest Commercial represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction.

Steven P Loffreno purchased 2,400 square feet of retail space at 16171 Slater Road., North Fort Myers, Fla. from 16171 Slater Road Investors LLC for $165,000. Bob Pekol of LandQwest Commercial brokered the entire transaction.
