SALES

Oscar Land Acquisitions LLC purchased the 16.1-acre parcel at Charlotte Commons, located at 24160 Beatrix Blvd., Port Charlotte, Fla. from Charlotte Commons Venture LLC for $3,588,500. Brett Low of LandQwest Commercial represented both parties in the transaction.

Highway 17 Industrial LLC purchased the 51.5-acre parcel at 2707 - 2801 SW Pine Island Road, Cape Coral, Fla. from SFI Eagle Land LLC for $2,500,000. Michael Price, ALC of LandQwest Commercial represented both parties in the transaction.

DAK Property Holdings Inc. purchased the 11,673-square-foot retail building at the Broadway Arcade, located at 1520 Broadway, Fort Myers, Fla. from Back Bay Resorts SWF, LLC for $1,850,000. Saban Family Property III LLC purchased the 13,440-square-foot investment building at Merchants Commerce Center, located at 560 Pine Island Road, North Fort Myers, Fla. from S & M of Southwest Florida, LLC for $925,000. 1401 Lee Street, LLC purchased the 4,297-acre office building at 1401 Lee St. in Fort Myers, Fla. from Denise Fernandez Trust for $725,000. Adam Palmer, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial represented the buyer. Alex Henderson and Max Molloy with Fischler Property represented the seller.
