FORT MYERS, Fla. (February 1, 2019) –

SALES

Sanibel Captiva Community Bank purchased the 13,354-square-foot bank building at 11691 Gateway Blvd., Suite 101 in Fort Myers, Fla. from Walkerbilt, LLC for $3,095,000. Sanibel Captiva was a tenant at the time of sale. Mike Doyle, CCIM and Rokki Rogan, CDPE of LandQwest Commercial represented both parties in this transaction.

DeKalb West Ridge Apartments, LLC purchased 4,220 square feet at 4724-4726 S. Cleveland Ave., Fort Myers, Fla. from McNulty Realty Holdings, LLC for $1,525,000. This multi-tenant retail building is occupied by Dunkin’ Donuts and India’s Grill. Adam Palmer, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial represented the buyer. Matt Fredrickson with Trinity Commercial Group represented the seller.

LEASES

GNC renewed 1,200 square feet of retail space at the Coralwood Shopping Center, located at 2301 Del Prado Boulevard S. in Cape Coral, Fla. from GRE Coralwood, LP. Jessica McEvoy of LandQwest Commercial brokered the renewal.

Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Pristine leased 1,260 square feet of retail space at the Shops at Surfside, located at 2366 Surfside Blvd. C-103, Cape Coral, Fla., from Dodge Cape Coral, LLC. Jessica McEvoy of LandQwest Commercial represented the landlord.
