A 49,200 SF retail shopping center with a new anchor tenant taking over an HHGREGG. The shopping center has had several roof leaks throughout section three of the building (small tenants) due to age and lack of roof maintenance. The previous management has been notified several times that there are transients living in the exterior hallway between the two buildings and much more. After the property has been managed by LandQwest Property Management the outcome results have been tremendous; awnings were installed within two weeks after LandQwest's initial call on status, Replaced bulbs/ballast in the parking lot and overhangs with all lighting working properly. Management was able to meet with the City of Orlando Police Department regarding the transient issues, they were trespassed from the property and all items left in the hallway have been cleared out. While maintaining good rapports with our vendors, we were able to replace the storefront within a timely manner and sooner than quoted.
