One of Central Florida's largest privately held firms is growing.

Apopka-based construction firm Randall plan to create 60-70 jobs for a new precast concrete manufacturing facility southeast of Keene and Clarcona roads, said Mark Shumate, general manager of Randall Engineered Wall Systems, a Randall partner company.
